After seven, Joy Cardin’s guest says the U.S. faces piracy challenges in a number of places around the globe. After seven-thirty, her guest says you can’t solve the Somali (so-MAHL-ee) piracy problem without fixing the situation in Somalia (so-MAHL-yuh).
