| A proposal by Governor Doyle would give same-sex couples limited protections, such as Family Medical Leave to care for an ailing partner. Joy Cardin’s guest, after six, says that's in clear violation of the state constitution. Her guest, after six-thirty, says all committed couples should have these rights.
