| The race for Wisconsin’s top education spot narrowed to two last night. The winner in April will face serious problems in school funding. After six, Joy Cardin and her guest look at the politics of education in Wisconsin. After six-thirty, Joy’s guest says there are cheap, effective ways Wisconsin can improve school funding.
