| "Judicial Activism" is a dirty phrase to some, but according to Joy Cardin's guest, that's what's happening on the Wisconsin Supreme Court. With less than a week before the election of the next justice, we'll learn why, and also hear from a guest who disagrees.
Guests:
- Rick Esenberg, Milwaukee attorney. Adjunct professor, Marquette University Law School. He wrote a piece for the Federalist Society, "A Court Unbound? The Recent Jurisprudence of the Wisconsin Supreme Court."
- Howard Schweber, associate professor of political science and affiliate member, UW-Madison Law School. |
