After nine, on Here On Earth, Lori Skelton talks to a local chef about travel experiences that changed her attitudes to cooking and eating. From the concept of slow food to eating local and supporting local business, our guest says food and eating are windows into a culture. Guest: Otehlia Cassidy has over ten years experience traveling in Latin America, Mexico and Africa. She is a cooking instructor and author of the food blog "World of Flavors" She has a master's degree from the UW-Madison in Conservation Biology.
