| After nine, on Here on Earth: Radio Without Borders with Jean Feraca, it's an encore edition of "The Wabi-Sabi Way". A philosophy of seeing and homemaking, wabi-sabi has its roots in Japanese Zen Buddhism, but it's all about the imperfection of dried leaves, rather than the perfection of a fresh cherry blossom. (Rebroadcast from June 2nd, 2011)
Guest: Robyn Griggs Lawrence, author, "Simply Imperfect: Revisiting the Wabi-Sabi House". |
