Former Wisconsin Senator Russ Feingold, joins Kathleen Dunn for part of this hour to discuss the effects of the Citizens United ruling. Later in the hour, we'll speak with researchers who study how campaign finances are spent. Guests: 9:00 - Russ Feingold, former U.S. Senator from Wisconsin (D); founder of Progressives United, a political action committee opposing corporate influence in the U.S. political system; author of, "While America Sleeps: A Wake-Up Call for the Post-9/11 Era." 9:30 - Michael M. Franz, associate professor of government and legal studies, Bowdoin College; co-director of the Wesleyan Media Project, which tracks political ads in top races across the country. 9:30 - Bill Allison, editorial director, Sunlight Foundation Reporting.
