The Michigan Legislature gave its final approval today to two bills that would make joining private and public sector unions optional. Supporters say these measures boost economic growth, but critics say it's just an attempt to weaken unions. In this hour, Ben Merens gets two perspectives on "right-to-work" legislation. When you start the download, several dialog boxes may appear on your screen:

If a "file download" box appears, simply click the "SAVE" button.
If a "Save-As" box appears, locate a folder where you want to save the MP3 program file and click "SAVE".
Some browsers will automatically save the file to a pre-determined location (often to your desktop or Documents folder).
A "Download Progress" box may appear showing the file downloading to your PC. When the download is completed, you may receive a final "Download Complete" indication. You can then CLOSE this dialog box.
Mac Users: iTunes may automatically launch and start playing the file after it's downloaded.
