| On Wednesday, the Senate passed legislation which, among other changes, delays the U.S. Postal Service from having to close hundreds of post offices. Proponents of the bill say it'll save thousands of jobs, while critics point to the cost of keeping floundering branches open. After four, Ben talks with a guest who says the bill is misguided, and that the Postal Service needs more flexibility to reform itself.
Guest: James Gattuso, Senior Research Fellow in Regulatory Policy at The Heritage Foundation. His piece on the Postal Service is at http://wpr.org/r/?723 |
