Earlier today, ten states received waivers from the federal No Child Left Behind law, allowing the states flexibility in how they set achievement goals. And while Wisconsin wasn't one of the states, the Department of Public Instruction is planning on seeking a waiver soon, which fits into the state's broader education reform plan. After four, Gene Purcell and his guest discuss what reforms can be expected in schools across the country. Guest: Alan Borsuk, senior fellow in law and public policy, Marquette University Law School; education beat columnist, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

Once you click on the "Start Download Now" button below, the download dialog window may not appear for several seconds. Do NOT click on the button more than once or your download request may be refused.

When you start the download, several dialog boxes may appear on your screen:

If a "file download" box appears, simply click the "SAVE" button.
If a "Save-As" box appears, locate a folder where you want to save the MP3 program file and click "SAVE".
Some browsers will automatically save the file to a pre-determined location (often to your desktop or Documents folder).
A "Download Progress" box may appear showing the file downloading to your PC. When the download is completed, you may receive a final "Download Complete" indication. You can then CLOSE this dialog box.
Mac Users: iTunes may automatically launch and start playing the file after it's downloaded.
