After five, join Ben Merens and his two guests as they discuss civil rights in the United States today, how far we've come, and what still needs to be done to ensure everyone has civil rights. GUESTS: David Kairys is Professor Law at the Beasley School of Law at Temple University in Philadelphia. He is the author of Philadelphia Freedom: Memoir of a Civil Rights Lawyer. Richard Kahlenberg is a Senior Fellow at The Century Foundation. He has written extensively about education, equal opportunity, and civil rights. He is the author of four books including The Remedy: Class, Race, and Affirmative Action.

Once you click on the "Start Download Now" button below, the download dialog window may not appear for several seconds. Do NOT click on the button more than once or your download request may be refused.

When you start the download, several dialog boxes may appear on your screen:

If a "file download" box appears, simply click the "SAVE" button.
If a "Save-As" box appears, locate a folder where you want to save the MP3 program file and click "SAVE".
Some browsers will automatically save the file to a pre-determined location (often to your desktop or Documents folder).
A "Download Progress" box may appear showing the file downloading to your PC. When the download is completed, you may receive a final "Download Complete" indication. You can then CLOSE this dialog box.
Mac Users: iTunes may automatically launch and start playing the file after it's downloaded.
