| Last evening Troy Davis wax executed in Georgia after a lengthy appeal process. Up to the very end, Mr. Davis reiterated his innocence. After four, Ben Merens and his guest discuss the Troy Davis case, its appeal process, and the broader implications of capital punishment in the U.S.
