| President Obama delivers his State of the Union Address this evening. After four, Ben Merens and his guests discuss what the President may say tonight, and why this address is critical to the next stage of Obama’s presidency.

-Stephen Hess, Senior Fellow Emeritus, Governance Studies, at the Brookings Institution. He was a veteran staffer of the Eisenhower and Nixon administrations and an advisor to Presidents Ford and Carter.
