The number of criminal cases in Wisconsin increased by more than 11 percent, and felony cases more than 16 percent between 2001 and 2005, while the number of district attorneys decreased by 4.4 percent; according to the state’s Legislative Audit Bureau. After four, John Munson and his guests examine what the shortage of DA’s means for the state’s justice system. Guests: - Winn Collins, a district attorney in Green Lake County. Currently serves as a member of the District Attorneys Association (WDAA), and previously served as a worksite contact for the Association of State Prosecutors. - Timothy Hawks, a shareholder in the law firm of Hawks Quindel Ehlke & Perry, S.C. Clients include the Association of State Prosecutors.

Once you click on the "Start Download Now" button below, the download dialog window may not appear for several seconds. Do NOT click on the button more than once or your download request may be refused.

When you start the download, several dialog boxes may appear on your screen:

If a "file download" box appears, simply click the "SAVE" button.
If a "Save-As" box appears, locate a folder where you want to save the MP3 program file and click "SAVE".
Some browsers will automatically save the file to a pre-determined location (often to your desktop or Documents folder).
A "Download Progress" box may appear showing the file downloading to your PC. When the download is completed, you may receive a final "Download Complete" indication. You can then CLOSE this dialog box.
Mac Users: iTunes may automatically launch and start playing the file after it's downloaded.
