| The number of criminal cases in Wisconsin increased by more than 11 percent, and felony cases more than 16 percent between 2001 and 2005, while the number of district attorneys decreased by 4.4 percent; according to the state’s Legislative Audit Bureau. After four, John Munson and his guests examine what the shortage of DA’s means for the state’s justice system.
