Norman interviews Michael Newman and Laura Oltman who form the Newman-Oltman Guitar Duo. They are known for their technique and precision. Their latest CD is “Music from Raritan River.”

They’re performing at the Peck School of Art recital hall at UW-Milwaukee tonight. First they play a piece originally composed for the lute by John Dowland, but now for guitar requiring four hands, a piece by composer Paul Moravec called Raritan Triptych, a piece called “No feathers on this frog” by Serbian-born guitar composer Dušan Bogdanović, Lo Que Vendrá by Astor Piazzolla and finally several pieces by Isaac Albéniz.
