Railroading in the Rockies
June 2013

Here's a look at our Trip and Itinerary from the Wisconsin-based Holiday Vacations for this WPR-sponsored, fully-guided adventure "Railroading in the Rockies" from June 23 through July 2, 2013 with WPR Host Jim Fleming.

Jim and his wife Evey have traveled throughout North America, England and the south of France. They’ve been to Hong Kong, Tokyo and Hiroshima, and Jim rode the Bullet Train to Nagano prior to the Olympics. For years they’ve talked about taking the train through the Rockies in Canada, and are very much looking forward to sharing this exciting experience with WPR listeners.

Travelers will fly to Seattle, ferry to Victoria and Vancouver, then ride the Rocky Mountaineer train to Banff. Attractions include Lake Louise, the Columbia Icefield and the Butchart Gardens. Departing from eight Wisconsin locations, the trip includes all airfare, rail, ferry and motorcoach travel, all accommodations, baggage handling and gratuities. To learn more, visit the Holiday Vacations web site or call 1-800-826-2266.
