(February 2007) In order to be compatible with as many automation and playback systems used by public radio stations as possible, program files uploaded to the PRSS Content Depot system must be encoded with "Frame Padding" bits turned off. This review focuses on which encoders, converters and editors support the ability to save MP2 files with the Frame Padding option turned off.
