Small business owners press Congress on credit card fee cap

Some small Wisconsin businesses want Congress to keep proposed limits on what banks can charge for the use of credit and debit cards.Caps on those fees are poised to take effect this summer, but large banks are lobbying against them.Patty Murray reports.
