    The results of the National Assessment of Educational Progress, also known as “the nation’s report card,” came out Wednesday and found that high school seniors are slipping in math skills and their reading scores haven’t improved. The report says only about a third of high school seniors are ready for college-level math and reading courses. But on Thursday the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction said the most recent graduation rate in the state is just below last year’s rate but still above the national average. We talk to two guests about this news on education nationally and in Wisconsin.
