A will is usually intended to guide what happens to money, property and other assets after one dies. At times it can become a source of frustration and anger, when relatives are left to figure out the “whys” and “hows” of carrying it out. But an ethical will could add meaning and clarity to estate planning, says a family legacy advisor; a way to pass on one’s property while still staying connected to each other.
