Marquette University law professor Edward Fallone says he will not run against Republican Governor Scott Walker next year.
“I can declare that I will not be a candidate for governor,” Fallone said Friday morning on WPR’s Joy Cardin Show.
Fallone challenged State Supreme Court Justice Patience Roggensack in the spring general election this year and was defeated, 58-42 percent. He said it’s “concerning” that strong candidates are not stepping forward to take on Walker despite Wisconsin being a state he says that Democrats could win.
