    On Thursday the University of Wisconsin Board of Regents met in Madison. The regents decided to give five of the longest-serving chancellors at the UW System raises ranging from four to six percent, as well as raising salaries for all UW System employees by two percent and raising tuition for out-of-state, graduate, and professional school students.
