Route 51 continues an annual tradition by welcoming Florida’s South Beach Chamber Ensemble into our studio for an hour of live classical chamber music and conversation with orchestra leader Michael Andrews, who grew up in Wausau. Discussion will revolve around Central Wisconsin’s commitment to the fine arts and the efforts of South Beach to spur interest in chamber music around the world. The South Beach Up North tour will also feature free live performances on August 1st at the Yawkey House and August 2nd at the Woodson Art Museum, both in Wausau.
