This week we’ll feature a conversation with world-renowned architectural historian Richard Guy Wilson. Professor Wilson holds the Commonwealth Professor’s Chair in Architectural History at the University of Virginia (which was founded by architect Thomas Jefferson), and has served as an advisor and television commentator for PBS, A&E, and dozens of segments of America’s Castles. He will be giving a free public lecture on “Preserving Our Historical Treasures” Wednesday October 2nd at the Grand Theater in Wausau in connection with the historic theater’s capital campaign. Wilson will be joined on the radio program by Jim O’Connell, executive director of the Performing Arts Foundation and Mary Roberts, community volunteer with the Grand Theater Foundation.
