Norman and Stephanie interview French pianist Philippe Bianconi. After winning the Silver Medal in the 7th Van Cliburn International Competition, he made an acclaimed recital debut at Carnegie Hall in 1987.
Mr. Bianconi lives in Paris and performs extensively in Europe. He will be performing with the Madison Symphony Orchestra on Friday, April 15 through Sunday, April 17 at the Overture Center. Included in the performance will be Rachmaninoff’s Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini.
