    Wisconsin state Rep. Chris Danou (D-Trempealeau) is being challenged by businessman and military veteran Isaac Weix (R-Elmwood) The candidate who wins the November 4 contest will represent all or parts of Buffalo, Trempealeau and Jackson Counties in western Wisconsin for the next two year term.

    In this part of the forum, the candidates talk about their views on the potential legalization of medical marijuana in Wisconsin, voter ID issues, how the state legislature should deal with a potential budget deficit in the next two year session and what the state should do to fund road construction.

When they go to the polls November 4, they will choose between Democratic Assembly member Chris Danou of Trempealeau who is seeking a fourth term, and his GOP challenger Isaac Weix of Elmwood who is a businessman and has run for office several times since 2006.
