Pianist Michael Wu was one of the finalists of the 2017 Final Forte competition and winner of 2015 Wisconsin Youth Piano Competition. He’s 15 and will be a sophomore at Sun Prairie High School. He performs several works including Bach’s Prelude & Fugue in D Major, the first movement from Schubert’s Piano Sonata No. 13 in A, a Paganini-inspired Etude No. 2 by Franz Liszt, and Debussy’s Reflections in the Water.
