This Thursday, March 26th at 10 am, Wisconsin Public Radio’s Route 51 marks the 100th anniversary of World War I by examining how the conflict overseas affected American civil liberties at home. Host Glen Moberg will moderate a discussion with Mike Jacobs, Associate Professor of History at UW-Baraboo/Sauk County and Brett Barker, Associate Professor of History at UW-Marathon County. Jacobs and Barker will lead a forum on the subject the evening of Wednesday, April 8th at the Center for Civic Engagement on the UW-Marathon County campus in Wausau. The event is part of a series commemorating the centennial of the Great War.
