Norman visits with Emily Hauer, one of the winners of the 2017 Oshkosh Symphony Orchestra’s Discovery Artist Competition and the 2017 winner of Wisconsin Chamber Orchestra Young Artist Concerto Competition. She has been a member of the Fox Valley Youth Orchestras since 2011 and appeared on From The Top in 2016. She is a home-schooled 9th grade student from Appleton and has studied violin for twelve years through the Lawrence Academy of Music.
Ms. Hauer performs three works including the Telemann Fantasia No. 3 in F minor, Eugène Ysaÿe’s Sonata No. 4 and finally Bach ‘s Chaconne for Solo Violin.
