Voters in Wisconsin’s 32nd Senate District will decide Tuesday if Republican Dan Kapanke should remain in office, or if he should be replaced by another La Crosse lawmaker, Democratic State Representative Jennifer Shilling. As Maureen McCollum reports, voters seem to have made their minds up early in the race.
