Senate panel adjusts tort bill

People who are injured or whose family members are killed in accidents would still have the right to sue for punitive damages under changes Republicans made to a major tort reform bill Friday. But the amount people could collect would for the first time be capped in Wisconsin. Shawn Johnson reports.
