Curently in Wiconsin, a barbering license includes dying and coloring a person's hair. it also requires that barbers spend 1,000 classroom hours spread out over at least 10 months learning the trade. State Senator Glenn Grothman R- West Bend is trying to make it easier to become a barber in order to create jobs.
