KUWS Radio has teamed up with Minnesota Sea Grant to produce programs about Lake Superior science. "Superior Science News" will air on KUWS on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:30 p.m. every two weeks throughout the winter. Miss a broadcast? Audio files and transcripts will be offered on our homepage or at www.seagrant.umn.edu.

KUWS Presents, a series of original documentaries produced by members of the Superior Bureau News Team will be broadcast each Monday evening at 7:00. These award winning documentaries cover everything from Pearl Harbor to Methamphetimine. For more detailed information on these documentaries go to the documentary page on the KUWS web site.


Upcoming Events All Aboard! We're going to Madison for the April 19th "Whad'Ya Know?" show at Monona Terrace! The bus leaves on Friday, April 18th, from Superior! Only 50 spaces on this trip, so sign up today! Cost is $150 per person double occupancy, $180 single. Trip package includes round trip transportation aboard a deluxe motor coach, supper on Friday, hotel accommodations, WYK tickets, and lunch on Saturday after the show. Call the office to sign up -- 800-300-8530 or 394-8530 -- or send an e-mail to kgustafs@uwsuper.edu. Deadline for reservations is March 1st!
