The WISPIRG Foundation released a report Thursday on what’s being done to prevent lead poisoning in the 16 states and Washington, D.C. they surveyed. Wisconsin is among 12 states getting an "F" for not preventing lead in school drinking water.

Attorneys for the family of Tony Robinson announced the $3.35 million civil suit settlement Thursday , saying it was the largest in state history for an officer-involved shooting. Robinson, an unarmed black teenager, was fatally shot by police officer Matt Kenny in Madison.
