Polls Slated To Close At 8 P.M.

Polls across Wisconsin are now closed, and most precincts have now reported their results.

The state Supreme Court race has already been called by the Associated Press: They’ve declared incumbent Ann Walsh Bradley the winner in that election.

The AP has also declared that voters have approved a constitutional amendment that will allow Supreme Court justices to vote for their chief, replacing a system based on seniority. The amendment’s passage means that current Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson could soon be removed from the position.
