The Big Question

Big Question: GAB Overhaul

Under a state Republican proposal, the Government Accountability Board would be split into two divisions – one to manage elections and the other to oversee ethics.  The two commissions would be made up of partisan appointments to be chosen by the four legislative leaders and the governor, and would not be limited to retired judges.  How do you feel about the plan?
