The Big Question

Big Question: How Should Wisconsin's Chief Justice Be Selected?

Residents will vote this spring in a statewide referendum that would effect how the state Supreme Court's chief justice would be determined.  The question will appear on the ballot as follows:

Shall section 4 (2) of article VII of the constitution be amended to direct that a chief justice of the supreme court shall be elected for a two-year term by a majority of the justices then serving on the court?"

If the election were today, how would you vote?
