Karlos Moser - Norman and Vicki talk to pianist, conductor, producer composer and retired UW-Madison professor Karlos Moser. The interview focused on his three song cycles interpreting the love poetry of Cavafy, Rumi and Hafiz.
Moser and his wife Melinda are establishing an endowment fund for "opera opportunities" for students.

Edgar Meyer - Norman talks with composer and double-bassist Edgar Meyer who played with the Madison Symphony Orchestra October 13-15th.
In 2000 Edgar Meyer became the only bassist ever to receive the Avery Fisher Prize. He is currently the Visiting Professor of Double Bass at the Royal Academy of Music and at the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia.

Since his professional debut in 1970 with Zubin Mehta and the Los Angeles Philharmonic, Mr. Gutierrez has appeared regularly with the world's greatest orchestras.
