Thousands of people are camped out in shacks on Lake Winnebago this week.They’re waiting for the elusive sturgeon and a chance to spear one.This year marks the century point for Wisconsin’s sturgeon management program.Over the decades the DNR has sought to protect the sturgeon from over-fishing.Patty Murray visited a registration station and has this report.
