St. Croix River Crossing one step closer to reality

Plans for a new bridge across the St. Croix River in western Wisconsin got a major boost from Washington this week.As Rich Kremer reports, a bill exempting the proposed bridge from the National Wild and Scenic Rivers Act has passed a House committee and now heads for a full vote.
