Republican gubernatorial candidate takes multiple stances on BadgerCare

Republican Gubernatorial candidate Scott Walker falsely stated this week that Wisconsin’s BadgerCare program used to have time limits and that as Governor he’d bring them back.While Walker has since backed away from his remarks, they’re similar to comments he’s made several times this year.Shawn Johnson reports.
