A 110-year-old Green Bay tradition is on the block in the April 5 election. Voters on the city’s West Side must decide if a ban on serving alcoholic beverages should be put out to pasture. Business owners say they’re losing out to development in surrounding communities that allow hotels and restaurants to serve booze. But many people who live in the area say the city should leave well enough alone. Patty Murray reports…
