Assembly passes budget repair bill

Majority Republicans in the State Assembly have passed Governor Scott Walker’s controversial plan strip to most collective bargaining rights from public employee unions.As Shawn Johnson reports, the vote brought an abrupt end to more than 60 hours of debate.
