Port fixes could improve shipping to Wisconsin

Federal money could be on the way to help three cities in Northeastern Wisconsin modernize their ports.Congress has approved $2 million dollars to dredge deeper shipping channels.Local Officials say commerce has suffered because large ships haven’t been able to get through shallow waters.Patty Murray reports…
