Assembly passes bill giving landlords more power

The State Assembly will use its last day of session to pass a bill that would give landlords more power in disputes with tenants. As Shawn Johnson reports, that would include the power to throw away a tenant’s furniture, clothing or other posessions the day a lease expires.
