Officials still considering major power line expansion in La Crosse

The Public Service Commission of Wisconsin is still questioning whether there will be enough population growth in the La Crosse area to justify a major power line expansion. But, those supporting the project say population only accounts for some of the need. Maureen McCollum reports.
