    State Supreme Court Justice Annette Ziegler was a defendant in a West Bend courtroom today(11/20). Lawyers argued as to whether Ziegler should be penalized for conflict of interest problems when she was a circuit judge in Washington County. Chuck Quirmbach was at the hearing and joined All Things Considered host Randall Davidson on-air with this update.
