The Internet has changed the way people communicate -- and not always for the best. While emails, usenet groups, and chatrooms offer a fast exchange of ideas and opinions, their lack of face-to-face contact may compel people to say things they might not normally say in polite company. In today's installment of our series Netted: Life Online, Sandra Harris reports on the phenomena.
