It's been just over a year since The Moth StorySLAMs started in Milwaukee. In the last 12 months, Wisconsin storytellers have told stories of joy, sadness and everything in between. On Thursday, November 7, the Moth StorySLAM returns to the Miramar Theater with the theme of "trust." Faith in a system, a person, a way of life, a website, a psychic named Chartreuse who SEEMED above board. Blurted secrets and broken promises. Betrayals and betrothals. Trust issues. Confidence games. The comfort of believing or the agony of skepticism. Trust me on this.
