Looking for a special way to celebrate a special day in your life? Or perhaps in a loved one's life?

Whether it's a special birthday, anniversary or wedding, we can help you honor that day when you become a Wisconsin Public Radio Day Sponsor!

1. A contribution of $1,000 or more to Wisconsin Public Radio is necessary to become a Day Sponsor. Your pledge must be paid in full or be part of an active automatic payment program before we can process your Day Sponsorship.

2. To make this truly special, we offer only two Day Sponsorships per day. Therefore we ask that you indicate a first and second date choice. In some instances we may have to use the second choice, but your date will be confirmed ahead of time and you will know when your announcements will air. If your date choice is unavailable and you do not choose an alternate day, we will choose one for you.

3. We are only able to offer limited Day Sponsors on Saturdays, holidays and special programming times.

4. In 10 words or less indicate the person or event being honored and a brief statement of the reason. Wisconsin Public Radio reserves the right to alter wording for consistency and length. We will let you know if the wording of your announcement has been changed.

5. The purpose of the sponsorship is to acknowledge people or special events such as anniversaries, graduations, weddings, holidays, etc. Day Sponsorships cannot be used for business advertising or the expression of ideological, theological or political opinions. We will not accept pet names, business names, personal opinions or promotion of personal causes, events or charities as Day Sponsorships.

6. No anonymous Day Sponsorships are accepted.

7. Your announcement will be read five (5) times on your sponsored day: morning, late-morning, mid-day, afternoon, and evening.

8. Day Sponsorships must be scheduled and completed within one calendar year.

9. Unforeseen schedule changes and/or technical difficulties may alter your announcement date(s) or time(s). We will work with you to resolve any such issues.

10. Wisconsin Public Radio reserves the right to refuse any submitted announcement copy for Day Sponsorship.
